2. How is my Dovetailed Drawer Box order shipped?

   You order is shipped via freight. If you are in the Midwest or East, your order will be delivered in about 2-3 working days. When placing an order, please let us know if it is to be delivered to a residential address. You must have semi truck accessibility, and be prepared to unload a heavy pallet that may require a forklift or dock.

3. How long does it take to make my Dovetail Drawer Box order?

   Once logged into your account, via the HOME page button (top left of screen) you will note that we post our current production lead times. Please reference at time of order.

4. Do you sell Drawer Guides for your Dovetailed Drawers?

   Yes we do. We are a re-seller for Blum Tandem Drawer Guides. These are under-mount drawer guides that feature:

   • Soft Close.
   • Left to Right Adjustment.
   • Up and Down adjustment at the front of the drawer.
   • Tilt Adjustment at the back of the drawer.

   If you purchase your Drawer Guides with your Cabinotch Cabinetry Components order, or order our Dovetailed Drawer boxes with the Blum Tandem Drawer Guides, we will install the Drawer Clips for no additional cost. *The clips we stock are BLUM's "4 Way Adjustment" clips.

5. Can I get my Company logo or information laser etched on my Dovetail Drawers?

   Yes you can. Send us your artwork (.eps file type is preferred, but we can work with a .pdf or .jpg if that is all you have available. The higher the resolution, the better) and we will send you a proof to approve.....If a logo is tied to your account, drawers which are ordered via a KCD upload or from our website project configurators (Full-Access and Faceframe) will automatically bare your branding. If however, you order via our line item entry page (Cabinotch Drawer Boxes), you MUST specify branding when making material selections. *We brand all drawers which are 4" side height and up.

6. Are your Dovetailed Drawer Boxes pre-finished?

   Yes, our material comes to us pre-finished, and we hand rub oil on the dovetails after assembly.

7. How thick is your drawer bottom?

   1/2", and it is grooved into the drawer sides, so you will not have drawer bottoms that sag on your wide drawers.
